We understand at times it is necessary to cancel all or part of an order with us. In the event of a cancellation you should be aware of the following:

We usually process and ship orders within two business days of placement.  If a product has shipped you must follow the Return Procedure.

To cancel an order, please email sales@danetco.net or call (910) 893-9166 as soon as possible. Be aware that our sales team are only available from Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (EST)

Please ensure you have the following information available so we can expedite your request;

• Your First and Last Name

• Your order confirmation number (normally supplied at the time of the order)

• The products you want to alter/cancel
